Mental Health and Emotional Resilience
Feel more grounded, empowered, and at home in yourself.
Life can bring periods of uncertainty, disconnection, or overwhelm. I support you to make sense of what you’re going through and reconnect to your own inner steadiness. Together, we create a compassionate space for reflection, healing, and change.
Relationships and Communication
Create stronger, more secure relationships—starting with yourself.
Relationships can be a source of joy, but also of confusion, conflict, and hurt. I help you develop the skills to relate more clearly, kindly, and authentically. My approach is rooted in personal empowerment, compassion, and choice, helping you break free from cycles of conflict and disconnection. You’ll learn tools for navigating challenges with more ease and begin to foster deeper, more connected relationships.
Sex and Intimacy
Reconnect with your desire, your body, and your pleasure.
I help clients to deepen their relationship with pleasure, sensation, and eroticism – whether in solo exploration or partnered intimacy. My work supports those facing challenges like anxiety, porn dependency, sex addiction, performance concerns (eg. early ejaculation, erectile difficulties) etc. For others, it’s about expanding their sexual repertoire, accessing more confidence or discovering new realms of sensation, pleasure. For support with intimacy and sex, see sex coaching.
